ASPEK KEAMANAN RUANGAN DAN DOKUMEN REKAM MEDIS DI RUANG FILING RSUD dr. GONDO SUWARNO UNGARAN KABUPATEN SEMARANG

Abstract

Medical record documents are confidential documents. Not all parties are allowed to know the contents of the medical record document, for that security in terms of physical, chemical, biological must be managed properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the security aspects of the room and the confidentiality of medical record documents in theroom of filing the Dr. Gondo Suwarno Hospital in 2021. This study was a descriptive study with aresearch design cross sectional and data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The research results obtained at RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno that theroom door is filing not kept locked and closed, theroom is filing still combined with another room, there are still officers eating and drinking in theroom filing, there is no camphor or camphor to prevent insects, and there is still dust on the rack filing. The results obtained from this study, it was concluded that RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno in managing the security of DRM has not been realized properly, the authors suggest that theroom door is filing closed or locked, theroom is filing separated from other rooms, prohibits eating and drinking in theroom filing, provided camphor, and a vacuum cleaner.

Abstrak

Dokumen rekam medis adalah dokumen yang bersifat rahasia. Tidak semua pihak diperbolehkan mengetahui isi dokumen rekam medis tersebut, untuk itu keamanan dari segi fisik, kimiawi, biologi harus dikelola dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  aspek  keamanan  ruangan dan kerahasiaan dokumen rekam medis di ruang filing Rumah Sakit dr.Gondo Suwarno Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan data melalui metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno bahwa pintu ruang filing tidak dijaga agar terkunci dan terutup, ruang filing masih tergabung dengan ruangan lain, masih terdapat petugas yang makan dan minum di ruang filing, tidak terdapat kamfer atau kapur barus untuk mencegah serangga, dan masih terdapat debu di rak filing. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa RSUD dr. Gondo Suwarno dalam mengelola keamanan DRM belum terealisasikan dengan baik, penulis menyarankan agar pintu ruang filing  tertutup atau terkunci, ruang filing dipisah dengan ruang lain, melarang makan dan minum di ruang filing, disediakan kapur barus, dan vacuum cleaner.
